Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pipeprince's website, products, and services (including Pterodactyl Panel addons), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our services or use our products.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All addons, code, designs, and content provided by Pipeprince are the exclusive intellectual property of Pipeprince. Upon purchasing or acquiring a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

• No Redistribution: You may not share, leak, resell, or distribute our addons to any third party.
• No Claiming Ownership: You may not claim our code or products as your own work.
• Single Network Use: A single purchase generally covers usage for one (1) server network owned by you, unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (source code and panel modifications), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or access has been granted. Exceptions are only made at our sole discretion if a product is fundamentally broken and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Service Delivery & Installation

Our products are delivered digitally via BuiltByBit dan sourceXchange integration. You are solely responsible for having the necessary technical knowledge to install and configure the addons on your Pterodactyl Panel. While we provide documentation and basic support, we do not guarantee free installation services unless explicitly offered as part of the purchase.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to instantly terminate your access to our products, documentation, and Discord server without refund if we detect that you are violating these terms, participating in piracy/leaking, or engaging in malicious behavior against Pipeprince or its community.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pipeprince shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. It is your responsibility to maintain proper backups of your Pterodactyl Panel and databases before installing any addon.
